To download your tickets again, go to our ticketing page. At the top of the purchase module, you will see the words: ‘Already ordered? Retrieve your tickets by clicking here’.
Then follow the instructions to receive your tickets by email.

What are the conditions for having my ticket refunded if I have taken out cancellation insurance?

I can't come to the festival, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your ticket, but you can re-sell it on our partner's website: Ticketswap.
What should I do if my tickets are in someone else's name?
The name on the ticket is for information only; no identity check will be carried out at the entrance for standard tickets*.
*Proof of identity may be required for :
- children and students
- Passes that can only be used by one and the same person.
I've bought tickets that I can no longer use. What should I do?
