The “Devil JAM”. When the flamenco meets the rock on stage. You can only see this at Guitare en Scène Festival ! That day Steve Morse was extremely kind and reassuring with Vicento Amigo on stage.. It was a magical moment !
Christophe Godin (Gnô) invited his guitar hero Uli Jon Roth for a JAM in the Magic Mirror stage. It was the first time that Uli came at the Festival. He finally stays the 4 days and give a hand to the staff to clean up the backstage room on the Sunday night as he fall in love for the Festival as did not want to leave!

Uli Jon Roth, qui était un ami de Jimi Hendrix, nous avait confié des photos jamais publiées de Jimi. Elles défilaient sur l'écran géant derrière les artistes tout le temps du concert.
As Thomas Dutronc is a huge fan of Bireli Lagrène, Jacques Falda proposed them to play a JAM. And as Bireli Lagrène was playing at the Montreux Jazz Festival the same day, a car was waiting for him at the end of his show to drive him to Guitare en Scène.
Marcus Miller invited Eric Gales as a guest during his performance as he was in Europe. So he took a plane just to play the world famous song “TUTU”.
While dinning in the backstage, Jacques Falda organized this JAM with the band and the 2 gifted guitar players.
Joanne Shaw Taylor met Eric Gales backstage and invited him on stage to play few songs.
Johnny invited all guitarists he found backstage to come up on stage with him for a JAM.
Steve Vai surprised Joe Satriani when he arrived on stage to play few songs with him to celebrate Joe’s 60th birthday.
As Steve was in the festival for Joe Satriani 60th birthday, Dweezil invited him on stage to play 2 songs in Frank Zappa memory.
Mark invited few Rockabilly friends for a JAM including Aynsley Lister, and he ordered Jacques Falda : “ You play !”.
All teachers of the Guitare en Scène Masterclass played a JAM.
Manu Lanvin invited Laurence Jones for the JAM night after meeting him few days before in another festival, and also Aynsley Lister and Johnny Gallagher who were already in the festival.
While a storm was growing over the Chapiteau, Aynsley and Johnny come up on stage with 2 guitars and 2 amps to play few songs for the audience waiting for the next show delayed by the weather.
Joe Satriani organized this JAM as Uli Jon Roth was on the festival (when we told you that he loves the festival) and with Doug Aldrich was playing with The Dead Daisies.
